The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and over who donate £1 after uploading their submissions.

Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from BucketRace containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.

To enter the Prize Draw you must complete over 20 BucketRace tasks and upload them to our website. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at info@bucketrace.com with “Prize Draw” in the subject line.

Only one team per entry. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted. The prizes are for a maximum of 2 people.

BucketRace accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. The proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by BucketRace.

The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on the 30th of April 2020. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

One winner for each category will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place in May 2020.

One winner will receive a ‘Bucket List Holiday’ for 2 to a destination of their choice. The holiday includes flights and accommodation for 4 nights as well as 2 Bucket List experiences. The maximum budget for the holiday is £1,500 per person.

One winner will receive 2 BucketRace T-shirts and goody bags.

One winner will be able to choose from a Bucket List Experience, such as sky diving, bungee jumping or abseiling. Up to the value of £150 per person.

BucketRace accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

The winner will be notified by email on or before June 2020, provided the length of the game isn’t extended. The winner must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to BucketRace within 14 days of being notified by BucketRace, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and BucketRace shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).  If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and BucketRace shall be entitled to select another winner.

The prize will be arranged by BucketRace through a phone conversation.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

BucketRace retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on BucketRace’s reasonable request.  The winner consents to the use by BucketRace and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner's voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by BucketRace and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.

BucketRace shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to and in accordance with data protection legislation.  By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 14 above.

BucketRace accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. BucketRace further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of BucketRace for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as to a result of its negligence.

BucketRace reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of BucketRace in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

BucketRace shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

We are not liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by matters beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, fire, lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees), failures or interruptions of electricity supplies, the weather of exceptional severity or acts of local or central government or other authorities.

The Prize Draw will only go ahead if we raise enough money to cover the expenditure of the prizes.

If the Prize Draw does not take place, Prize Draw entries will be refunded upon request.

The material produced and supplied by BucketRace, including text and images, is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished,

downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal use. Prior written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained for

any other use of material.

BucketRace Limited maintains property rights to all media (photos/videos), created during the event. BucketRace Limited and its partners/agents are able to use the media-generated on events across their website and other marketing platforms. 10.3 BucketRace Limited has permission to use your company logo on it’s website, as a reference to your companies participation in a BucketRace.Without prejudice to the other provisions of this clause, you are granted a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any media (photos/videos) created by the event, for internal purposes only.

Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under this Agreement shall be in writing addressed to that other party at its registered office or principal place of business or such other address as may at the relevant time have been notified under this provision to the party giving

the notice. No waiver or any amendment to these terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and us. A person who is not a party to these terms may not enforce any of them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. If any dispute arises out of these terms we will both attempt to settle it by mediation in accordance with the Centre for Dispute Resolution (CEDR Model Mediation Procedure. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

All tasks can be performed safely and legally, BucketRace accepts no responsibility for any tasks performed in an unsafe or illegal manner.

The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All net proceeds will be donated to the research and development of Covid-19.
