FAQ's
How is the day structured?
All our games are mobile, and we currently offer multiple real-world locations through out the U.K. In terms of spaces, we can run or begin your game from a public space, your office space or a hired venue such as a bar or restaurant. We can also start some of our games in one location and end in another. Depending on the entertainment you choose, we will arrive up to 4 hours before the game is scheduled to begin. (For some games we can arrive as little as 15 minutes before your scheduled start time). During this time we will set up our equipment, sound check, load any relevant media and lay out our game packs. When the players arrive we do an ice breaker game to divide everyone into teams, we explain the rules of the game, and then teams will need to come up with and submit a ‘winning team name'. This submission makes sure all the players are familiar with our technology. Once all the team names are in, the games will begin. All our games are points based, and therefore the team that accumulates the most points throughout the game wins. At the end of the game we will do a ceremony, which consists of a media showcase, of photos/videos submitted by the teams during the game, followed by a run through of the points and a hand out of the prizes / trophies.
How does it work?
Once you've enquired through our website, you will receive a product brochure, which outlines our different games and packages. Once you've confirmed your game, group size, location, event time/date, and the package you'd like to purchase, we will send you an invoice/payment link to confirm your booking, and an event organiser checklist.
The event organiser checklist includes a link to our bespoke questionnaire. Once you've filled in our bespoke questionnaire, you will receive an instruction email, with all the details about your game, as well as a draft copy of your bespoke game.
Once you've signed-off on your game, we send it for production, and look forward to seeing you on game day.
How many people can play?
We've run events for groups ranging from 6 - 2000 players.
Where are your locations?
We have created 18 Scavenger Hunt routes throughout London, as well as multiple other locations within the U.K. and Europe. We offer on stage games throughout the U.K., and we run virtual event’s and a selection of hybrid games, all over the world.
Can we include other offices?
Yes, absolutely. We’ve built custom technology that allows us to connect different locations globally. A selection of our games have been built specifically for hybrid environments, and multi-location competitions. For example, our scavenger hunt games are deliberately designed to be evenly matched, in terms of their points, difficulty, and distance. Furthermore, to add a layer of depth, we can even include handicaps if your requirements don’t fit into one of our out the box games. Therefore, we encourage businesses to not only go head-to-head, but office-to-office.
Can we create our own tasks?
We love creativity! All our Scavenger Hunt games include 20 bespoke tasks, and we can create additional rounds for our on stage games. Before your game we will send you a personalisation questionnaire to fill in, the more detailed information you send us the better! For an additional fee we also offer fully bespoke routes and services, meaning the sky's the limit.
This is a part of a team building day. Do you offer other party services?
We have over 8 years experience within the corporate events space, and offer a wide array of party planning, office party and corporate entertainment services. We routinely create all encompassing entertainment events, which include additional activities provided by our partners. Examples include: custom built games, party / agenda planning, work space hire, office parties, gamified parties, venue hire, catering and drinks receptions. Furthermore, we can work directly with your internal social committee, to work and align with your typical team-building or corporate entertainment processes.

Do you offer any kind of concession for large groups?
We take concessions into consideration case by case. If our event is a part of a bigger P.R. marketing strategy then we're happy to consider offering our services at a reduced price. We also offer discounts for recurring customers and referrals to other businesses.. (For some games we can arrive as little as 15 minutes before your scheduled start time).
