Objectives

Kirsty came to us with a simple requirement, all she wanted was a a completely personalised experience that her best friend would never forget. She knew that wanted the location of the Race in central London, because her party were from Devon and they wanted to explore some of London's most recognisable landmarks. We discussed her best friends hobbies, interests, likes, dislikes and the type of shape she wanted the experience to take. When she revealed to us that her best friend loves horror films - coupled with the time of year, we suggested combining the personalised elements with some Halloween themed tasks and challenges. Other interests included Ryan Gosling, Harry Potter and coffee.

On the day

We started the Race at Piccadilly Circus, where we handed out their personalised lists, submitted their practise tasks, went through the rules and answered any questions. Within 15 minutes the teams were racing around Central London trying to earn the most amount of points possible! The duration of the Race was 3 hours and included tasks such as: Become Chucky's Bride, recreate a game of Quidditch with a group of strangers, order a coffee with scary Barista Art and Bob for Ryan Gosling. The final task was to decipher the cryptic clue, that led them to their end venue in Soho, which had a drinks reception and a x2 Course Meal waiting for them as they arrived back. Once the final team arrived back, the scores were read out and first place received a bottle of Moet Chandon.
