You're all set!

Thank you for your purchase

Please carefully read through the information below regarding your BucketRace

Whats next?

Thank you

Thank you for choosing BucketRace for your next adventure. Now that we've received payment, the creative process is underway and our team are currently putting together your personalised event.

All we need to do now is select the easiest method for people to submit their tasks. We're flexible, we can utilise any platform that accepts photos and videos. In the past, organisations have opted to use Whats App, Slack, Skype, Twitter or Instagram.

Once we have finished designing your BucketRace, we will send you out a draft copy to look over. We understand that organisations have different levels of sensitivity, so at this point if you'd like us to change any of the tasks, please let us know. We're also able to send out a copy with the tasks blurred out, incase you're participating and you don't want to see the tasks before the day.

Finally, once you're happy with your personalised list, we will send you a brief outline of the rules and task submission process. We've found in the past, sharing this information with the participants before the day helps things run smoothly and efficiently.

We truly want to offer the most memorable, fun and fulfilling experience possible, so if you have any questions, or if you have any ideas about how we can improve your BucketRace, please don't hesitate to contact us with your suggestions.

What you'll need

All teams will need is a well-charged smart phone (more than one per team is advised), comfy footwear and your desired task submission platform (Whats App, Slack, etc...). BucketRace will provide the rest!

Each task carries a specific amount of points based on its difficulty, location and BucketRace classification (e.g. location, miscellaneous, personalised or bonus). The location tasks score the least; however completing enough of them unlocks a hefty bonus. Miscellaneous tasks score more points, but they don’t offer any bonus incentive. So choose wisely!

Tasks Examples

Location: Find a taxi serving coffee in (Shoreditch) | Find the giant Dragon in (Camden) | Build a human pyramid in (Hyde Park)

Miscellaneous: Serenade a stranger |  Build a leaning tower of pizza | Share your last Rolo with a stranger

Bespoke: Spell out your Company Name is large letters | Locate a notable alumni | Find the backronym of I.T. written down

  1. Teams must stick together at all times

  2. Each photo should include the whole team; however, one member can be excluded if they’re taking the photo/video

  3. Tasks are divided into Miscellaneous, Location and Bespoke categories

  4. Location tasks are mutually exclusive. You cannot score tasks  within multiple locations

  5. Tasks must be submitted before the end of BucketRace to be counted

  6. For late arrival to the finish teams loose 150 points every 5 minutes

  7. Any team more than 15 minutes late will loose all their points

  8. Any teams caught cheating will be disqualified

  9. Teams with the most points at the end of BucketRace wins
