Welcome to BucketRace's Hen, Stag, Birthday and private parties section. If you're looking for something a little different to activities such as cocktail making, pub crawls or bottomless brunches, and you're looking for a little more adventure... Then you've come to the right place!
BucketRace provides uniquely engaging, competitive, explorative games, events and entertainment that will leave you with great photos, unforgettable memories, and a big smile on your face.

FAQ's
How does it work?
Once you've enquired through our website, you will receive a product brochure, which outlines our different games and packages. Once you've confirmed your game, group size, location, event time/date, and the package you'd like to purchase, we will send you an invoice/payment link to confirm your booking, and an event organiser checklist.
The event organiser checklist includes a link to our bespoke questionnaire. Once you've filled in our bespoke questionnaire, you will receive an instruction email, with all the details about your game, as well as a draft copy of your bespoke game.
Once you've signed-off on your game, we send it for production, and look forward to seeing you on game day.
How many people can play?
We've run events for groups ranging from 6 - 2000 players.
Where are your locations?
We have created 18 Scavenger Hunt routes throughout London, as well as multiple other locations within the U.K. and Europe. We offer on stage games throughout the U.K., and we run virtual event’s and a selection hybrid games, all over the world.

Can we create our own tasks?
We love creativity! Every game includes 20 bespoke tasks. Before your game we will send you a personalisation questionnaire to fill in, the more detailed information you send us the better! For an additional fee we also offer fully bespoke routes and services, meaning the sky's the limit.
This is a part of a bigger day plan. Do you offer other party services?
With over 8 years experience within the party planning space, we offer a wide array of bespoke party planning services. We routinely plan entire parties, and in different locations around Europe, which include additional activities provided by our partners, party / agenda planning, venue hire, club bookings, restaurant bookings and drinks receptions. For small parties our services are priced at a £50 hourly rate, for bigger events we either charge a larger hourly rate, or agree on a flat fee in advance.
