Cocktail Making

 Sweet Poison 

Ingredients

  • 25ml Light Rum (Orange top) 

  • 50ml Malibu 

  • 25ml Blue Curacao                  (Hot Pink top) 

  • 1 glow stick 

  • 100ml of Pineapple or Orange juice 

  • Ice

Preparations

Split the contents of the 3 bottles where the lids are labeled with an orange, green and hot pink sticker into 2 glasses, add ice, top with 100ml in each pineapple juice (orange if preferred), DO NOT STIR! Add the glow stick 

 Spooky Singapore Sling 

Ingredients

  • 40ml gin Tanqueray (Blue top) 

  • 20ml cherry brandy (Yellow top) 

  • 20ml Cointreau (Yellow top) 

  • 20ml lime juice (Yellow top)

  • Ice 

  • Few drops of Angostura bitters 

  • 100 ml of Pineapple or Orange juice 

  • Soda 

Preparations

Combine the 4 bottles where the lids are labeled with blue and yellow stickers in one – makes 2 cocktails (100ml). 

Split into 2 glasses, add 100ml pineapple juice (orange if preferred), lots of ice, soda water and stir and serve.
